1. Who we are

This website is operated by Tranco Tech (Private) Limited, a company registered in Sri Lanka with its principal office at No. 81, Aramaya Place, Colombo 09. Tranco Tech is the authorised BOGE Kompressoren agent for Sri Lanka.

In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Tranco Tech (Private) Limited. "You" means any visitor to this website or anyone who submits information through it.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide, namely:

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number, company name (if provided), and the content of your message.
• Career applications — name, contact details, CV/resume, and any other information you choose to include in your application.
• Email correspondence — any information contained in emails you send to us.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that identify individual visitors. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and troubleshooting; these are not used to profile visitors.

3. How we use your information

Information you send us through the contact form or by email is used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry, quotation request, or audit request;
• Provide technical information about compressed-air equipment and services;
• Schedule site visits, installations, or maintenance appointments;
• Maintain a record of ongoing customer relationships.

Career-application data is used only to assess your suitability for the role and to communicate with you about it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing purposes.

4. How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions are retained for up to seven (7) years to maintain a record of quotations, projects, and after-sales support. Career applications are retained for up to one (1) year unless you are hired, in which case separate HR retention rules apply.

5. Who we share it with

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except:

• To BOGE Kompressoren GmbH & Co. KG (Germany) where necessary to fulfil a specific technical support, warranty, or parts request you have made;
• To our professional advisors (accountants, auditors, legal counsel) where required for statutory compliance;
• Where we are required to do so by Sri Lankan law or a lawful order of a court.

6. Your rights

Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022, you have the right to:

• Access — ask what personal information we hold about you;
• Correct — ask us to update information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• Delete — ask us to erase information we no longer need to keep;
• Withdraw consent — stop us from contacting you further;
• Complain — raise a concern with the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.

To exercise any of these rights, email us using the contact on our contact page. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us, including secure email, restricted access to internal records, and physical security of our office. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we will notify you and the relevant authority if a breach occurs.

8. Third-party websites

Our site may link to external sites (e.g. BOGE Kompressoren's product pages, Google Maps). This policy does not cover those sites; please review their own privacy notices before sharing information with them.
