A Tranco Tech Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is the structured option for customers who want their BOGE equipment maintained to factory standard throughout the year — with every visit, every part, and every service date planned, documented, and agreed in writing before the contract year begins. The contract value covers all labour and transportation. Parts are invoiced separately, quoted in advance, and listed in full in the contract so you can budget for the entire year from day one.

What the AMC covers

All scheduled service labour
Every scheduled visit, all labour is covered under the contract price. No labour invoices to approve between visits.

Pre-planned service schedule
All tentative service dates agreed and written into Schedule II of the contract before signing. You know exactly when your engineer is coming — for the entire year. Wherever possible, compressor and dryer services are combined into a single visit to minimise disruption.

Original BOGE spare parts & consumables
Every original BOGE spare part required for the full 12-month period is listed in Schedule IIA1 of the contract — part number, description, quantity, and service interval. Priced and approved in advance. Only genuine BOGE original parts are used. No substitutes, no locally sourced alternatives.
Invoiced separately — quoted before each service
Equipment covered
All BOGE equipment — rotary screw compressors, piston compressors, boosters, refrigerant dryers, and associated filtration systems. Each unit is assigned the appropriate service type and frequency for its model and operating profile.

The Tranco Tech AMC is a formal, legally binding contract structured to define our obligations and protect yours.

Three service types

Visit count and service type are driven by model, manufacturer service intervals, and operating hours — not a fixed calendar.

Type A
Comprehensive Overhaul & Optimisation
Performed at major operating hour milestones. Full replacement of all critical wear components.
Filtration & Separation: Air filter, oil filter, oil-air separator replacement
Valves & Kits: Suction solenoid, MPV wearing kit, oil regulator repair kit
Intake System: Replacement of suction control insert
Lubrication: Complete oil change and bearing lubrication
Electrical Audit: Input voltage and current on all three phases
Thermal Imaging: Complimentary FLIR scan of critical components
Type B
Interim Maintenance & Inspection
Proactive intermediate service between major overhauls.
Filtration: Replacement of air filter and oil filter
Fluid Management: Oil top-up and bearing lubrication
Electrical Audit: Input voltage and current measurement
System Hygiene: Professional cleaning and detailed inspection
Type D
Refrigerant Dryer & Air Treatment Service
Dedicated service for your dryer and filtration. Maintains ISO 8573-1 compliance and dew point specification.
Filtration: Inlet and outlet filter element replacement
Thermal Management: Condenser and condenser fan inspection and cleaning
Condensate: Full inspection and functional testing of drain system
Electrical Controls: Control system and safety sensor inspection
General Audit: Refrigerant circuit integrity and unit hygiene

Five complimentary inclusions

Emergency Response Visit
One complimentary emergency visit per compressor unit per year. Labour for initial diagnostic is waived; transport and parts are charged at prevailing rates.

FLIR Thermal Imaging
Complimentary thermal imaging scan at every Type A major service. Findings documented in the service report. Corrective actions quoted separately.

Remote Technical Support
Direct access to Tranco Tech engineers by phone, WhatsApp, or email during business hours. Operational advice and troubleshooting at no charge.

Spare Parts Condition Report
Issued at every Type A service. Details condition and estimated remaining service life of all major components not due for immediate replacement — so you can plan capital expenditure accurately.

Upgrade & Expansion Consultation
On request, our engineers will consult on system expansion, capacity upgrades, or air quality improvements at no charge. Hardware and implementation costs are quoted separately.

You contact us
Call, WhatsApp, or email us with details of the fault. Our engineers will ask targeted questions to understand what has happened and what the unit is doing.

Remote assessment
Where possible, our engineers assess the fault remotely and provide immediate guidance. Many issues can be diagnosed and resolved without a site visit.

Site inspection
If a site visit is required, our team is deployed. The inspection visit is chargeable — covering our engineers’ time and transportation to your site.

Written quotation
Following the inspection, a full written quotation is prepared — covering the scope of repair, all parts required, and the total cost. No work proceeds until you approve.

Repair & handover
Approved repairs are carried out using original BOGE parts. On completion, a service report is issued and both parties sign off. Inspection charge is waived on completion of the job.

Our breakdown commitment

We attend to every customer — AMC or not. When you call us with a breakdown, our process is straightforward and fully transparent. No work proceeds without your written approval, and no surprises appear on the invoice.

Emergency breakdown support is available outside regular office hours — including weekends and public holidays. Our engineering team responds via WhatsApp for urgent callouts. Out-of-hours rates apply. For emergency response: WhatsApp +94 76 937 4718.

Surprise charges
No repair proceeds without a written quotation reviewed and approved by you. The scope of work, all parts required, and the total cost are documented before a single spanner is turned.

When we attend a breakdown inspection and proceed with the repair, the inspection visit charge is absorbed into the repair invoice. You pay for the work done — not for the diagnosis on top of it.

Original BOGE parts,
when you need them

As Sri Lanka’s authorised BOGE distributor, Tranco Tech is the only legitimate source of genuine original BOGE spare parts in the country. Whether you need parts for a planned service, an emergency repair, or to replenish your own maintenance stock — we supply them directly.

A minimum 10-year spare parts availability is guaranteed for every BOGE product installed. This is a standalone commitment from BOGE Kompressoren Germany — independent of any service agreement. Your investment is protected for the full working life of the equipment.
OEM
Original parts only
Only genuine BOGE original parts are supplied — no substitutes, no third-party alternatives, no locally sourced equivalents. Every part is sourced directly from BOGE Kompressoren Germany and carries the original manufacturer’s quality assurance. Using non-original parts voids your BOGE warranty.

Contact Tranco Tech directly with your compressor model number, serial number, and the part you require. We will confirm availability, provide a quotation, and arrange supply. For customers under an AMC, all parts for the full contract year are listed and priced in advance.

You do not need to wait for a site visit to get technical guidance. Tranco Tech’s engineering team is available during standard business hours by telephone, WhatsApp, or email to help you understand a fault, interpret an alarm code, or decide whether a site visit is necessary.

The Service Report

Documented proof after
every visit

After every service or repair visit — whether scheduled under an AMC or a standalone callout — Tranco Tech issues a fully completed, dual-signed service report. This is your proof of compliance, your maintenance log, and your equipment health record. Both the customer and the Tranco Tech engineer sign before the team leaves site.
