A Tranco Tech Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is the structured option for customers who want their BOGE equipment maintained to factory standard throughout the year — with every visit, every part, and every service date planned, documented, and agreed in writing before the contract year begins. The contract value covers all labour and transportation. Parts are invoiced separately, quoted in advance, and listed in full in the contract so you can budget for the entire year from day one.
The Tranco Tech AMC is a formal, legally binding contract structured to define our obligations and protect yours.
Visit count and service type are driven by model, manufacturer service intervals, and operating hours — not a fixed calendar.
We attend to every customer — AMC or not. When you call us with a breakdown, our process is straightforward and fully transparent. No work proceeds without your written approval, and no surprises appear on the invoice.

When you call us to a site for a breakdown inspection and we proceed with the repair, the inspection visit charge is waived and absorbed into the repair invoice. You only pay for the work done — not for the diagnosis on top of it.
Have the following ready when you call: compressor model, serial number, fault code or symptom description, and current running hours if available.

When to call us
After every service or repair visit — whether scheduled under an AMC or a standalone callout — Tranco Tech issues a fully completed, dual-signed service report. This is your proof of compliance, your maintenance log, and your equipment health record. Both the customer and the Tranco Tech engineer sign before the team leaves site.
