BOGE connect supports you throughout the entire life cycle of your compressed air system: from commissioning to secure remote monitoring during operation. Relevant machine and condition data are available virtually in real time, enabling proactive service planning, faster response times and greater operational reliability, without any need to be on-site.

The system sends a notification promptly before maintenance is due, thereby minimising the risk of downtime.
In case of problems, a service technician can access the data and immediately start resolving the problem, all without having to be on-site.
All operating parameters are recorded paperless and visualised on all mobile devices. Consumption charts can be created easily.
Service interventions can be optimally planned thanks to monitoring and a digital machine file. There are virtually no unplanned stoppages.
Compressors from other manufacturers or older models can also be connected via the gateway.
The portal and the gateway comply with common security standards, such as IEC 62443.
The gateway cannot switch the compressor on or off or control it remotely either. Data is transmitted securely according to the latest state of the art and is compliant with the GDPR.

Gateway

The BOGE connect Gateway forms the basis for digitally connecting your compressed air systems. It captures relevant machine and condition data and securely transmits that data to the BOGE connect Portal. This allows new and existing compressors, including from other manufacturers, to be reliably monitored and service interventions planned proactively. The gateway is flexible to use, easy to retrofit and enables multiple components to be connected via a central interface.
