Producing nitrogen in-house offers numerous advantages that reduce costs from day one. And in just a few years, the investment pays for itself completely. INMATEC PN series generators supply nitrogen with a purity from 95% up to 99.999% (5.0) and guarantee an extremely low residual oxygen content — a decisive advantage for many sensitive production processes.

Our gas generators produce nitrogen from 0.85 Nm³/h to 1,250 Nm³/h. This makes them suitable for small lab setups as well as for large industrial applications.
The gas generator of Inmatec's PN series supplies nitrogen with a purity from 95% up to 99.999% (5.0) and guarantees an extremely low residual oxygen content — a decisive advantage for many sensitive production processes.
Standard version: solid, reliable base version. AutoPure technology: for particularly stable purity and easy operation. Energy Efficiency Control (EEC): optimises flow and vortex technology to use less compressed air and optimise cycle times.
Thanks to the EEC technology of Inmatec's PN series, compressed air consumption is significantly reduced. Optimised cycle times lower the energy load, and in combination with speed-controlled compressors, additional energy can be saved.
With on-site generation, nitrogen is available whenever and wherever it's needed. Long-term rental contracts for cylinders or tanks are no longer required. Efficient system operation leads to much lower energy consumption and a significantly reduced environmental footprint.

PSA Technology
Pressure Swing Adsorption extracts nitrogen directly from ambient air using molecular sieves. Two adsorption vessels alternate continuously, ensuring an uninterrupted supply of nitrogen at the required purity without any cylinders or deliveries.
AutoPure — Stable Purity
The optional AutoPure technology continuously monitors and stabilises nitrogen purity, compensating for fluctuations in compressed air quality or ambient conditions. Any deviation from the set purity is detected and corrected automatically.
EEC — Energy Efficiency Control
Optimised flow and vortex technology reduces compressed air consumption significantly. Combined with speed-controlled BOGE compressors, EEC delivers maximum energy savings and the lowest possible operating cost per Nm³ of nitrogen produced.
Industry 4.0 Integration
Touch panel control, remote monitoring, data logging and optional remote maintenance enable transparent process monitoring and seamless integration into existing production infrastructure.
Scalable Capacity
From 0.85 Nm³/h for small laboratory applications to 1,250 Nm³/h for large industrial plants — the PN series can be precisely sized to match current demand and scaled as production grows.
Sustainability
