The strengths of the
K series boosters

BOGE K-Boosters with a drive power of 5.5 or 11 kW are convincing wherever manufacturing processes require absolutely oil-free compressed air and particularly high pressure. The innovative pushrod system operates without oil from the outset and at the same time enables absolutely low-maintenance and low-wear operation. If you want to compress to a maximum pressure of up to 40 bar cheaply and completely oil-free, these boosters offer a particularly economical alternative.

Compressed air up to 40 bar, produced by a pre-pressure piston compressor in combination with a K-Booster that operates completely oil-free — this combination is not only unique but also particularly economical. With these compact powerhouses you can easily and cleanly compress from an existing network to the desired final pressure of up to 40 bar!
The use of a BOGE K series booster has several advantages: as it compresses oil-free from the outset, treatment can be reduced and its low-wear operation reduces maintenance and spare parts costs. This financial advantage is complemented by IE3 motors, which also contribute to energy savings, as does the base control (optional focus control 2.0).
The piston guidance is based on the pushrod principle. This reduces friction and minimises wear, which, in turn, ensures maintenance costs are almost negligible. And if further proof is needed of the BOGE K Booster's cutting-edge engineering, the intelligent cooling air management and the compact design are equally compelling.
