Efficient solutions for small
and medium compressed air needs

The piston compressors of the BOGE P series make you noticeably less dependent on many limitations, for example regarding start-up and service life. The modular design allows a highly individual configuration of your compressed air central station. Low-wear, robust technology, optimal specifications and impressive delivery volumes — these models convince across the board.

The V principle has proven conceptually superior when it comes to compactness and a small footprint. Through intelligent arrangement of the components, an even slimmer design was achieved. In addition, the units of the P series operate virtually wear-free thanks to elaborate fine work on all components. This is called downsizing with an emphasis on efficiency and environmental protection.
To keep the harmful clearance volume in the cylinder head as small as possible, manufacturing tolerances were minimised through high-precision production, valves and valve pockets were finely machined, and the top dead centre was slightly offset. The low flow resistances enable a particularly high delivery performance — a welcome efficiency gain through “Intelligent Engineering”.
The combination of high-quality components and low piston speed pays off in multiple ways: lower speeds reduce the temperature of compression and components as well as the costs for maintenance and wear. In addition, numerous measures for faster dissipation of compressor heat ensure a consistently low compressed air temperature and correspondingly high compressed air quality — even at ambient temperatures up to 40°C!
A generously sized crankcase with correspondingly large oil volume ensures long oil change intervals. The oil change is also made easier by an oil sight glass, a large oil filler and an oil drain hose.

Modular Design

No Cooldown Time
The innovative cooling concept eliminates the cooldown time required by conventional piston compressors. The P series can be switched on and off repeatedly without restriction, making it ideal for intermittent duty applications.

Low piston speed combined with high-quality components minimises wear throughout. Elaborate fine work on all components ensures virtually wear-free operation and a consistently long service life.
