What distinguishes
our PO series

The oil-free piston compressors of our PO series impress not only with top values for efficiency and delivery rate. With their low noise level and sleek design, which they owe to the space-saving cylinder arrangement and the compact crankcase, they also do not take up much space. And the modular design concept provides a wide variety of variants.

The low piston speed of 3 m/s minimises vibrations and keeps component temperatures low. This reduces wear, which in turn significantly increases the service life of pistons and cylinders.
Those who often operate intermittently would not be too happy with a screw compressor given the wear rate. The PO series, on the other hand, can be switched on and off repeatedly without issue and has no restriction on permissible duty cycle.
By individually calculating the mass balancing of the crankshaft, vibrations could be significantly reduced. The consistent decoupling of components through elastic mounting prevents vibrations from being transmitted to the foundation.
The PO series operates 100 percent oil-free, and achieving this is no small feat: for environmentally friendly compressed air, specially coated pistons and piston rings, specially developed cylinder liners and hermetically sealed bearings are used here.
