Compressed Air
Receiver Tanks

BOGE compressed air receivers fulfil three critical roles in any compressed air system — storage, condensate separation and pulsation damping. Robustly built, certified to EU standards and available from 50 to 10,000 litres.

50 – 10,000 litres 11 bar • 16 bar • 41 bar EU Directive 2014/29/EU AD2000 Certified Vertical & Horizontal Oxygen Receivers

Three critical roles —
one robust vessel

Compressed air receivers fulfil a variety of important tasks. Material and workmanship are of the highest quality at BOGE. All tanks are manufactured in accordance with EC Directive 2014/29/EU or 2014/68/EU and AD2000.

Stable pressure conditions — receivers buffer consumption peaks and maintain stable network pressure, preventing pressure fluctuations from affecting production processes
Condensate separation — the receiver acts as a primary separation vessel, allowing condensate to settle out of the compressed air before it enters the treatment train
Pulsation damping — smooths out pressure pulsations from reciprocating compressors, protecting downstream equipment and improving air quality
Energy optimisation — adequate receiver capacity reduces compressor cycling frequency, extending equipment life and reducing energy consumption
Robust, durable and flexible — available vertical, horizontal and galvanised for three pressure ratings, covering every installation requirement from small workshops to large industrial plants
Safe all around — certified to EU Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and AD2000, with pressure relief valves and inspection connections as standard

Design Highlights
Built to last — engineered for reliability
Pressure certified
All BOGE receivers are manufactured and pressure-tested to EU Directive 2014/29/EU or 2014/68/EU and the AD2000 pressure vessel standard, ensuring full regulatory compliance for industrial use.
Wide capacity range
From 50-litre compact receivers for small workshop installations to 10,000-litre large industrial vessels — the BOGE receiver range covers every application without compromise.
Three pressure classes
Rated for 11 bar, 16 bar and 41 bar operating pressure, with the 41 bar range specifically designed for high-pressure compressed air systems and cylinder-filling applications.

Dedicated Oxygen Storage
Oxygen Receivers —
optimal storage & safety

BOGE oxygen receivers are purpose-built for use with INMATEC PO Series on-site oxygen generators. All vessels are designed in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) for a minimum of 2 million load cycles and are considered fatigue-resistant — ensuring long, safe service life in continuous oxygen generation systems.

PED-certified for ≥2 million load cycles — designed for the cyclic pressure demands of continuous on-site oxygen generation systems and rated as fatigue-resistant
Integrated sinter filters (from size PO 220 onward) — prevent transfer of Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) particles into the oxygen stream, extending system service life and ensuring product quality
Flow-optimised design (from size PO 220 onward) — high-quality sieve trays minimise pressure drop and maximise oxygen delivery efficiency
Complete with fittings — supplied ready for connection to the oxygen generator system, minimising installation time and complexity
Supports independence from bulk gas suppliers — combined with an INMATEC PO Series generator, eliminates cylinder deliveries, storage risk and supply dependency entirely
11 models from 90 to 5,000 litres — scalable storage capacity matched to generator output and application demand
