Compressed Air Filters
& Cyclone Separators

Pure compressed air is a key prerequisite for the performance, efficiency, and longevity of modern compressed air systems. BOGE compressed air filters ensure that contaminants such as dust particles, oil residues, aerosols, and condensate are reliably removed from the compressed air — tailored to a wide range of industrial requirements.

The BOGE filter range covers all purity classes per ISO 8573-1 and offers the right solution for every application. From pre- and fine filters for removing solid particles to micro- and activated carbon filters for removing oil aerosols, odours, and vapours, up to sterile filters for particularly sensitive applications.

Pre-Filter
Removes coarse solid particles and bulk liquid from compressed air. First stage in any treatment train.
Microfilter
Removes fine particles and oil aerosols down to 0.01 mg/m³. Essential for process-critical applications.
Activated Carbon Filter
Removes oil vapours, odours and hydrocarbons. Required for food, pharmaceutical and breathing air applications.
Sterile Filter
Achieves the highest purity class for sensitive applications including medical, pharmaceutical and food production.
High-Pressure Pre-Filter
Pre-filtration rated for high-pressure systems. Removes coarse contaminants upstream of high-pressure treatment.

Compressed Air Dryers

The BOGE dryer range offers the right solution for every requirement. Refrigeration dryers provide economical drying for standard applications, while adsorption dryers achieve extremely low pressure dew points even under the most demanding conditions. The range is complemented by heat-regenerated and cold-regenerated systems as well as energy-efficient variants with intelligent control.

Refrigerant Dryer — DS Series
Economical drying for standard applications. Achieves a pressure dew point of +3°C. Ideal for general industrial use.
Refrigerant Dryer — DT Series
Higher-capacity refrigerant drying for larger compressed air installations. Reliable, low-maintenance operation.
High-Pressure Refrigerant Dryer — DH-2 Series
Refrigerant drying for high-pressure compressed air applications, including breathing air and cylinder filling.
Adsorption Dryer — DAZ..-2 Series
Cold-regenerated adsorption drying. Achieves pressure dew points down to −40°C for demanding applications.

Heat-regenerated adsorption drying with integrated pre-separator. Pressure dew points down to −70°C.
Membrane Dryer — DM..V Series
Compact, maintenance-free drying using selective membrane permeation. No electricity required. Ideal for point-of-use drying.
Active Carbon Adsorber — DCZ..-2 Series
Downstream oil vapour and odour removal after adsorption drying. Achieves the highest air purity for sensitive processes.

Condensate Management

During compressed air generation, condensate regularly forms in filters, dryers, or cyclone separators and must be disposed of safely and economically. To avoid costs, compressed air losses, and damage, BOGE offers electronically level-controlled condensate drains that reliably monitor the fill level.

Because compressed air condensate usually contains oil, environmentally appropriate treatment is required before disposal. BOGE oil-water separators reliably separate oil and water and enable compliant, environmentally friendly disposal while providing high separation performance and easy maintenance.
