Handle pressure? Our pressure monitor can.

Pressure Maintenance
System — PressureSafe

Compressors waste energy rebuilding pressure at shift start-up after overnight pressure drop. The BOGE PressureSafe (BPS) keeps minimum pressure at treatment components at all times — protecting your system and eliminating wasteful rebuild cycles.

Consistent pressure —
protected treatment components

Compressors use unnecessary energy when they must rebuild pressure at shift start-up, or after pressure has dropped overnight due to leaks. The BOGE PressureSafe (BPS) system solves this by keeping the pressure at the treatment components above a defined minimum — improving efficiency, extending component life and ensuring consistent compressed air quality at all times.

Individually adjustable pressure level — the minimum pressure setpoint is configured to match your system requirements, ensuring treatment components always operate within their designed pressure range
Alarm contact — an integrated alarm output signals when system pressure drops below the defined minimum, enabling immediate investigation before equipment is affected
Protection of treatment components — filters, dryers and other treatment equipment are designed to operate above a minimum pressure; the BPS prevents pressure drops that can reduce efficiency or cause damage
Consistent compressed air quality — stable pressure conditions ensure dryers and filters perform correctly at all times, maintaining the required ISO 8573-1 air quality class throughout the system
Safe grid connection assistance — the PressureSafe supports controlled network pressurisation at shift start, preventing sudden pressure surges that can stress treatment components
Ball valve and shut-off flap versions — available in two valve configurations to suit different installation requirements and pipe sizes from G½" to DN 150

Design Highlights
Efficient, reliable —
your system always at the right pressure
Protects treatment components
Filters, dryers and separators are pressure-rated and perform optimally within their design range. The PressureSafe prevents pressure from dropping below the minimum, protecting these components from operating outside their specifications and extending their service life.
Eliminates wasteful rebuild cycles
When overnight leaks drop system pressure, the compressor must work hard at shift start to rebuild it — consuming significant energy with zero productive output. The PressureSafe prevents this loss by maintaining minimum pressure during shutdown periods.
12 models for every pipe size
From BPS 12 (G½) to BPS 150 (DN 150), the PressureSafe range covers all standard compressed air distribution pipe sizes. Both ball valve and shut-off flap configurations ensure the right solution for any installation topology.
