An automatic intake control — hermetically closed at standstill — guarantees an always fully unloaded start. The machine set, fully decoupled from a vibration-technology perspective, which largely suppresses vibrations at the outset, also lays the foundation for a long, productive machine life.

Removable doors and good accessibility to all components make any maintenance child's play. This is further simplified by the well-placed, highly efficient oil-separator cartridge and high-performance oil filter.

Everything was done purely constructively to keep the compressed air in top quality: a highly effective aftercooler keeps the compressed air temperature consistently low, and the effective pre-separation in the oil-air combination tank ensures that the residual oil content of the compressed air remains at the lowest level in every operating phase. The cooling air guided optimally through the soundproof hood and an intake air filter mat for the cooling air inlet also contribute to “compressed air in top form.”

To ensure the most economical operation, the (manually) easily adjustable belt tension in combination with highly efficient IE3 drive motors, and the standard automatic base control microprocessor control system, enable a choice of operating mode that ensures optimum economy at all times.
