Yes, we maintain our own competence centre for innovative compressor technology. What Weissach is for sports cars, Großenhain is for BOGE: this is where the heart of our compressors is developed and perfected until we are convinced of their future viability. This applies especially to the BOGE “IntegrateDrive” compressor stage, which operates with optimal efficiency and low losses and is fully encapsulated, making it virtually maintenance-free.

This is what consistent action looks like: for vibration decoupling and noise reduction, the drive motor, compressor stage and oil separator tank are elastically mounted to the base frame.

How to take a maintenance-friendly design to the extreme is demonstrated by the “Easy-Access” principle of the S-4 series: all components are easily accessible, and because access is limited to two sides, you enjoy more flexibility when installing them.

An intelligent control concept secures the considerable increase in efficiency of this series. The modular control system focus control 2.0 is considered “state of the art” because it lets you keep everything under control — with emphasis on “simple”: this overarching control, which can also function as a combined controller for up to four compressors, makes compressed air generation more efficient and reliable.
