The S-3 compact range shows what can be achieved through continuous refinement: every detail — from precisely controlled cooling air flow to the effective oil separation system with its horizontally arranged tank to the space-saving one-sided access — is optimised for a long machine life and maximum economy. The well-thought-out design guarantees particularly simple, safe maintenance, and for even more efficiency, various options are available, from frequency control to heat recovery.

Simplified maintenance

The clear arrangement of the functional areas allows simplified maintenance access via swivelling and removable doors from one side.

Optimised cooling airflow

Thanks to the defined cooling air guidance, the fan performance can be used 100%. The fact that cooling also works with the unit open proves useful during maintenance.

Protected against leaks

Unlike hose connections, which are still often used today, steel pipes do not need to be replaced regularly and effectively prevent the risk of leaks for years.

Protected against dirt particles

An intake filter with a paper microfilter insert prevents dust and dirt from entering the compressor circuit in the first place. This increases the service life of the compression stage and — thanks to the integrated pre-separation — also the service life of the actual filter element.

Easy access for maintenance purposes

Experience shows: simplified maintenance access saves time and significantly increases safety. That is why the S-3 series features swivelable and removable doors that can be opened from only one side.

Improved cooling air guidance

The precisely defined cooling airflow is the result of continuous improvements. It enables the fan performance to be used 100%. That the cooling also works when the unit is open proves useful during maintenance and test runs.

Internal piping made of steel pipe

To effectively prevent the risk of leaks, the S-3 series uses durable steel pipes instead of vulnerable hose connections that would require regular replacement.

Intake filter with double benefit

A paper microfilter element in the intake filter prevents dust and dirt from entering the compressor circuit. This not only increases the service life of the compression stage, but — thanks to the integrated pre-separation — also the lifetime of the actual filter element.
