The S-3 compact range shows what can be achieved through continuous refinement: every detail — from precisely controlled cooling air flow to the effective oil separation system with its horizontally arranged tank to the space-saving one-sided access — is optimised for a long machine life and maximum economy. The well-thought-out design guarantees particularly simple, safe maintenance, and for even more efficiency, various options are available, from frequency control to heat recovery.

The clear arrangement of the functional areas allows simplified maintenance access via swivelling and removable doors from one side.
Thanks to the defined cooling air guidance, the fan performance can be used 100%. The fact that cooling also works with the unit open proves useful during maintenance.
Unlike hose connections, which are still often used today, steel pipes do not need to be replaced regularly and effectively prevent the risk of leaks for years.
An intake filter with a paper microfilter insert prevents dust and dirt from entering the compressor circuit in the first place. This increases the service life of the compression stage and — thanks to the integrated pre-separation — also the service life of the actual filter element.

Frequency Control Option

Steel Tube Internal Piping
Rigid steel pipework throughout the machine eliminates the risk of hose degradation and leaks, minimising unplanned downtime and maintaining compressed air system integrity over years of continuous operation.
Heat Recovery Option
A significant proportion of the energy input to compression can be recovered as usable heat. The S-3's heat recovery option allows recovered energy to be used for water heating, space heating or process needs — improving overall plant energy efficiency.
Modular Configuration
The S-3 family supports a wide range of configurations including air-cooled, water-cooled, tank-mounted, frequency-controlled and containerised variants, making it adaptable to virtually any industrial installation requirement.
