Intelligently structured and high-quality manufactured — our technologically mature SO-2 series presents itself innovatively down to the last detail. The effective decoupling of the compressor and cooling sections ensures quiet operation and minimal vibrations, while the deliberately maintenance-friendly design ensures that the production of oil-free compressed air proceeds safely, reliably and economically — whether air- or water-cooled.

As the heart of the SO-2 series, the compressor stage impresses — with high-quality, generously dimensioned bearings, fine tolerances and effective sealing between the oil system and compression chamber. All for absolutely oil-free compressed air and high delivery volume with the lowest specific power.
In the interest of long service life, the coolers have been designed extra large and only high-quality materials were used. To ensure cooling of the hot compressed air to a consistently low temperature, the principle “water through the pipes” applies with constant water velocity.
Only effective condensate separation, together with optimised flow guidance of the compressed air, creates the prerequisite for optimal cooling. This, in turn, guarantees minimal pressure losses and high energy efficiency.
The vibration and stress damping decoupling of the compressor and cooling sections as well as other components not only achieves an efficient reduction of pulsation vibrations and sound level. It also ensures reduced wear and longer service life of the components.

Frequency Control (VSD)
Demand-matched output automatically adjusts compressed air generation to actual consumption — reducing energy use and eliminating idle running losses.
Air Cooling (45–90 kW)
Air-cooled variants available in the 45–90 kW range for installations where water supply is limited or cooling water infrastructure is not in place.
Water Cooling
Available across both power ranges. The 200–355 kW range is water-cooled as standard, using shell-and-tube heat exchangers for highly effective thermal management.
Heat Recovery
Recovery of compression heat for use in process or building heating applications, improving whole-system energy efficiency and reducing overall operating costs.
